Product Condition Guide

Brand new Fresh from the store, never used, no signs of wear
Like new Used once or never used but kept for an extended period of time, may show minimal signs of storage
Excellent Used occasionally, may show minimal signs of wear but no visible damages
Very good Used continuously for a while, will show slight signs of wear but no damages that affect functionality of the item
Good Frequently used but well taken care of, will show normal signs of wear (e.g. scuffs, scratches, discoloration) but no rips, tears, or serious damages unless stated in the listing
Fair Heavily used, will show prominent signs of wear and tear throughout, may have some damages as stated in the listing

Shipping & Payment

We offer FREE shipping within the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We do not ship to international addresses or mail forwarding services. We currently accept payments by credit/debit card, PayPal, and Affirm. Your shipping and billing address must be the same. If you pay via PayPal, we are required to ship to PayPal-provided address. For any order valued over $10,000, we accept payment by wire transfer only.

Sales Tax

As required by law, 10.25% sales tax is collected on all items shipped to the state of California.

Order Cancellation

We begin the handling and shipping process as soon as you place your order, so we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. However, you may return it within 3 days of receipt as per our return and refund policy (restocking fee applied). If we need to cancel your order because your shipping address is invalid or you want to change your shipping address, we will issue a full refund less any payment processing fees incurred.

Merchandise Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 3 days from delivery subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Dr. Runway LLC. Restocking fee (20% of purchase price) will be deducted from all refunds without exception. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number can be requested by sending an e-mail to return@drrunway.com. All purchases and accessories must be in original condition and retail tags must be attached to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. Upon receipt of your returned package you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days. You will not receive a refund for any shipping charges.

Undeliverable Packages

It is your responsibility to provide a valid shipping address. If the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, it will be treated like a normal return (restocking fee applied). We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Authentication Fee No-Refund Policy

All authentication results are final, and there will be no appeals. All service fees are valid for 30 days after the date of purchase. Customers must prepare and submit item pictures to us within 30 days of order date. We may request additional pictures if needed. If customers do not submit adequate pictures within 30 days of order date, the fees will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given.

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we will issue store credit in exceptional circumstances where we decide that authenticity cannot be accurately determined from the pictures because of technical limitations. Our turnaround time guarantee starts once your payment and sufficient pictures of your item have been submitted. If we exceed the specified turnaround time, we will issue store credit to you.

Misuse of Services

Misuse of services, including registering multiple accounts, using several e-mail addresses, assuming many aliases, knowingly providing false information, attempting to submit misleading pictures for authentication, or filing a payment dispute may result in order cancellation and denial of future services. No refunds or store credits will be provided in such cases.
