Shipping & Payment
We offer FREE shipping within the U.S. via USPS/UPS with signature confirmation. Delivery will be made FOB point of shipment. We do not ship to international addresses or mail forwarding services. We currently accept payments by credit/debit card, PayPal, and Affirm. If you pay via PayPal, we must ship to your PayPal-confirmed address. For any order valued over $10,000, we can accept payment by wire transfer only.
As required by law, 9.5% sales tax is collected on all items shipped to the state of California.
We begin the handling and shipping process as soon as you place your order, so we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. However, you may return it within 3 days of receipt as per our return and refund policy (restocking fee applied). If we need to cancel your order because your shipping address is invalid or you want to change your shipping address, we will issue a full refund less any payment processing fees incurred.
Merchandise Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 3 days from delivery for a full refund less a restocking fee (20% for normal purchase, 40% for layaway purchase), subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Dr. Runway LLC. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number can be requested by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. All purchases and accessories must be in original condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. Upon receipt of your returned package you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment within 3 days. You will not receive a refund for any shipping charges.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid shipping address. If the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, it will be treated like a normal return (restocking fee applied). We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Authentication Fee Refund Policy & Turnaround Time Guarantee
All authentication verdicts are final, and there will be no appeals. Authentication service fees are valid for 30 days after the date of purchase. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Customers must prepare and submit good quality pictures for authentication. We may request additional pictures if needed. We will not issue a refund or store credit if you do not submit adequate pictures within 30 days of order date. However, if we decide that authenticity cannot be accurately determined from the pictures because of technical limitations, you will receive a full refund of the fee.
Our turnaround time guarantee starts once your payment and sufficient pictures of your item have been submitted. If we exceed the specified turnaround time, we will provide a full refund to your original method of payment. For Rush Processing orders, if we exceed the guaranteed time, your orders will go into standard processing and only Rush Processing fee will be refunded.
