After you purchase the service and receive the order number. Please submit your order number and detailed pictures of your item to our e-mail address (contact@drrunway.com) or Facebook Page (facebook.com/dr.runway). We will reply whether the item is authentic or not. No explanation will be given in any case.

Instructions for PDF Authentication

After you purchase the service and receive the order number. Please submit your order number and detailed pictures of your item to our e-mail address (contact@drrunway.com) or Facebook Page (facebook.com/dr.runway). If the item is authentic, Certificate of Authenticity in printable PDF format will be issued and sent to you. Each Certificate of Authenticity displays pictures and detailed specifications of the item, as well as unique QR code and weblink which can be retrieved for verification purposes in the future. However, if the item is not authentic, Letter of Noncompliance in PDF format will be issued and sent to you instead.

Estimated Market Value Add-On is the price range that could be obtained if the item is sold under competitive and open market conditions.

Upgrade to PDF Add-On can be ordered within 90 days of Verbal Authentication. Either Certificate of Authenticity or Letter of Noncompliance will be sent to your e-mail.

Appraisal Document (PDF) Add-On can be ordered within 90 days of Verbal Authentication. It includes pictures and specifications of the item, as well as its appraised value in USD.
