How to File a Payout Claim
To submit a claim, please email all required documentation to contact@drrunway.com. You must provide official, dated documents printed on company letterhead from any three of our approved authenticators (listed alphabetically below):

All documents must be dated after your guarantee issuance date. We reserve the right to update our approved authenticators list at any time, so please check this webpage for the most current version before submitting your claim.
