We currently offer two levels of authentication services to suit your needs: Verbal Authentication and Official Authentication. The only difference is that Official Authentication includes official document (Certificate of Authenticity or Reject Letter), while Verbal Authentication does not include any document.
After you purchase the service and receive the order number. Please submit your order number and detailed pictures of your item to our e-mail address (email@example.com) or Facebook Page (facebook.com/dr.runway) within 30 days of order date. We will reply whether the item is deemed authentic or counterfeit. No explanation will be given in any case.
Verbal authentication is intended for your information only. By utilizing our verbal authentication service, you agree not to share our verdict with any third party, including buyer or seller of your item. Certificate of Authenticity or Reject Letter is available to purchase separately for that purpose.
After you purchase the service and receive the order number. Please submit your order number and detailed pictures of your item to our e-mail address (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Facebook Page (facebook.com/dr.runway) within 30 days of order date. If the item is deemed authentic, Certificate of Authenticity in both JPG format (for online viewing) and PDF format (for printing) will be issued and sent to you. Each Certificate of Authenticity displays pictures and detailed specifications of the item, as well as unique QR code and weblink which can be retrieved for verification purposes in the future. However, if the item is deemed counterfeit, Reject Letter in PDF format will be issued and sent to you instead.
Certificate of Authenticity (COA) can be ordered within 30 days of Verbal Authentication. Each COA displays pictures and specifications of the item, QR code, weblink, and comes in both JPG and PDF formats.
Appraisal in PDF format can be ordered within 30 days of Verbal Authentication. It includes pictures and specifications of the item, as well as its appraised value in USD.
Reject Letter in PDF format can be ordered within 30 days of Verbal Authentication. It is an official document stating that the item is deemed counterfeit by our company.
Identification includes official style name and material of the item. If the size, color, year of production, or era range can be determined, they will also be provided.
Rush Processing is available during 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. PST for $30 per item in addition to standard authentication fee. If Rush Processing is purchased outside this period, your order will be processed normally and Rush Processing fee will be refunded.

Sample Pictures Suitable for Authentication
All authentication verdicts are final, and there will be no appeals. Authentication service fees are valid for 30 days after the date of purchase. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Customers must prepare and submit good quality pictures for authentication. We may request additional pictures if needed. We will not issue a refund or store credit if you do not submit adequate pictures within 30 days of order date. However, if we decide that authenticity cannot be accurately determined from the pictures because of technical limitations, you will receive a full refund of the fee.
Our turnaround time guarantee starts once your payment and sufficient pictures of your item have been submitted. If we exceed the specified turnaround time, we will provide a full refund to your original method of payment. For Rush Processing orders, if we exceed the guaranteed time, your orders will go into standard processing and only Rush Processing fee will be refunded.

The opinions rendered by Dr. Runway LLC are based on the knowledge of luxury handbags and accessories from over twenty years of collecting, buying, and studying them. Dr. Runway LLC makes every effort to ensure that the opinions rendered by Dr. Runway LLC are accurate. Clients agree to release Dr. Runway LLC from any liability whatsoever, and to defend, indemnify and hold Dr. Runway LLC harmless from and against any loss, damage or claim, arising out of, based upon or resulting from any opinion rendered by Dr. Runway LLC with respect to luxury handbags and accessories.
