We currently offer two levels of authentication services to suit your needs: Verbal Authentication and PDF Authentication.

NFC Chip Data Analysis
Some items from Bottega Veneta, Bulgari, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Saint Laurent, Valentino Garavani, and Versace are embedded with microchip to prevent counterfeiting. We may need you to submit screenshot of NFC chip data from NFC Tools app on Android or iPhone. Please contact us for more information.
Verbal Authentication Process
After you purchase the service and receive the order number. Please submit your order number and detailed pictures of your item to our e-mail address (contact@drrunway.com) or Facebook Page (facebook.com/dr.runway). We will reply whether the item is authentic or not. No explanation will be given in any case.
PDF Authentication Process
After you purchase the service and receive the order number. Please submit your order number and detailed pictures of your item to our e-mail address (contact@drrunway.com) or Facebook Page (facebook.com/dr.runway). If the item is authentic, Certificate of Authenticity in printable PDF format will be issued and sent to you. Each Certificate of Authenticity displays pictures and detailed specifications of the item, as well as unique QR code and weblink which can be retrieved for verification purposes in the future. However, if the item is not authentic, Letter of Noncompliance in PDF format will be issued and sent to you instead.
Add-On Services
Model Name Add-On includes model name of the item. If the material, size, year of production, or era range can be determined, they will also be provided.
Estimated Market Value Add-On is the price range that could be obtained if the item is sold under competitive and open market conditions.
Upgrade to PDF Add-On can be ordered within 90 days of Verbal Authentication. Either Certificate of Authenticity or Letter of Noncompliance will be sent to your e-mail.
Appraisal Document (PDF) Add-On can be ordered within 90 days of Verbal Authentication. It includes pictures and specifications of the item, as well as its appraised value in USD.

No-Refund Policy
All authentication results are final, and there will be no appeals. All service fees are valid for 30 days after the date of purchase. Customers must prepare and submit item pictures to us within 30 days of order date. We may request additional pictures if needed. If customers do not submit adequate pictures within 30 days of order date, the fees will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we will issue store credit in exceptional circumstances where we decide that authenticity cannot be accurately determined from the pictures because of technical limitations. Our turnaround time guarantee starts once your payment and sufficient pictures of your item have been submitted. If we exceed the specified turnaround time, we will issue store credit to you.
Misuse of Services
Misuse of services, including registering multiple accounts, using several e-mail addresses, assuming many aliases, knowingly providing false information, attempting to submit misleading items for authentication, or filing a payment dispute may result in order cancellation and denial of future services. No refunds or store credits will be provided in such cases.
